Distribution Research - Teen Spirit

When Violet, a shy teenager from the Isle of Wight, participates in an international singing competition, she has to learn to face the things that come with success including confidence. The movie titled Teen Spirit relates to my film with a main female actor who also finds success through confidence and will-power. Teen Spirit had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7, 2018. Shortly after, Lionsgate and LD Entertainment acquired U.K and U.S, distribution rights respectively. Bleecker Street will co-distribute the film with LD Entertainment. It was released in the United States on April 12, 2019. The films distribution had the opportunity to be sponsored by such large film companies and was premiered at a festival! This would be my ideal distribution method.
